DISCREET DELIVERY SERVICE
We are often asked if our packaging is discreet and confidential. The answer if most definitely YES. We ensure every parcel is meticulously and well-packed with no indication on the outside its contents or origin. Plain, discreet box-packaging and covered by the courier satchel.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will usually dispatch orders paid by credit card immediately. EFT payments may take a little while to clear but we will dispatch as soon as it does. An order confirmation email with the subject “Order in Preparation” is sent as soon as payment has been confirmed.
Returns and Exchanges
There is always a small chance of a product being faulty or damaged when it is unpacked. In this case please put it back in the original packaging and contact us straight away. We will sort out a replacement or credit in this case. The product must be in original condition and in original packaging.

We will only use your email address and/or phone number to contact you (the account holder) if necessary to confirm delivery of your orders. Upon receipt of your order, we will dispatch your package in nondescript packaging. That means absolutely no indication of what the contents are or where the parcel is coming from! No branding or website mentioned anywhere.

Same day dispatch
At singlish.co.za, we pride ourselves on our quick and discreet dispatch service, which allows our fun-loving customers to enjoy their purchases hassle-free and as soon as possible!
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and if you place your order Monday to Friday before 2pm, it will be dispatched on the same day. If you’ve missed the 2pm cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day.
For the quickest dispatch, we recommend using our credit card payment option. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. Credit card payments are instant.
Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from.
Shipping Options:
Option 1: Express Courier Service (1 – 3 days)
This option requires your signature when the parcel is delivered and is often delivered within 24 hours of dispatch (excluding weekends). Delivery may take a little longer for outlying and regional areas.
When using this service, we fully guarantee the delivery of your parcel.
Option 2: Nearest Post Office or Pargo dropoff location (1 – 3 days)
If you choose this option, your order will need to be collected by you at the post office or pickup location nearest to your physical address provided. We will provide all the tracking information necessary for pickup.
